Nothing terribly exciting to tell about me. I'm 35 and my hubby is in the Air Force. We have an adorable 7-year-old daughter. Seven going on twenty-six most of the time, unfortunately. ;) I'm a stay-at-home mom and Khrissi is in 1st grade this year.

I'm a complete and total football nut. We always tell people there are 2 seasons in our house - Football Season and Not Football Season. ;) I love the Chicago Bears and follow them closely. My hubby is a big time Steelers fan. We cheer on both teams in our house and it's always interesting when they play each other. Doesn't happen often anymore, though.

Brian Urlacher (Grrrrr-Lacher), Ben Roethlisberger, and Troy Polamalu are my football loves. I knew Kurt Warner in college (it was many years ago now and I know he doesn't remember me) and I couldn't be happier for him with the success he's had! Not only with football, but also in being such an incredibally positive role model. I remember him as being amazingly sweet and I wish him and his family all the best of everything life has to offer!

I probably won't update much at all. I honestly don't have much to talk about besides my family and our dog, and I know that would get old in a hurry. We're bigtime homebodies. :)

I mainly got this journal in order to keep in touch with my friends through the eljays that they write. And to make new friends as well - I love making new friends. :)

I'm fiercly loyal to/protective of my friends and loved ones. I believe (and I've been told) that I am very open-minded and that I'm a good listener. I don't believe in forcing my ideas or beliefs on anyone, but I do love an intelligent discussion/debate. :)
